A Woman Has Become The Greatest Buddy Of A Big Bull That She Saved When He Was Just A Little Kid

A woman is the ideal person to go to for a hug. After saving him as a calf, a woman become best friends with a big bull, and today they share and enjoy each other’s lives like any best friends would.

When Heidi Ross, a little girl, discovered the helpless calf face down in a pile of dung, she realized she had to act. Heidi’s heart was broken by the plight of the calf, and she resolved to do all she could to save him.

The young woman was working on a farm at the time and had to convince the boss to let her buy the calf instead of sending it to the slaughter house.

A bull that she saved when he was just a calf

Because the calf, now named Thor, was born more than a month early, he had difficulty standing or walking on his own. Heidi, a Highlander from Scotland, couldn’t care less about Thor’s health since the most important thing was that she was able to save him.

Since that time, he has been caring after Thor, who has grown to be a 120-pound bull, but he still considers him a beloved pet.

Thor and Heidi have forged an almost unbreakable relationship despite their vast contrasts in physical appearance and personality. As long as Heidi is holding him, Thor will lie down and roll over to have his tummy tickled as long as she is.

METRO’s interview with Heidi revealed the following:

The biggest animal I’ve ever had was a guinea pig, so meeting Thor has been an incredible experience for me.”

Heidi said: 

“It hurts a lot when I get a blow to the head that wasn’t deliberate.”

Thor, on the other hand, has grown to be her loyal buddy and is able to lift her spirits whenever she is down. He enjoys human interaction to the point that Heidi may lie on him and it’s clear that she likes him a lot. Thor is just like any other pet in this respect.

Heidi added:

Animals, especially domestic animals, are sensitive and have thoughts and emotions, thus I believe any given animal will demonstrate this.

The woman claims that if someone had told her three years ago that she would be taking care of a massive bull, she would have laughed.

After Heidi rescued the calf three years ago, Thor has grown into a mature and affluent bull who is content with his good fortune.
