Her Old Bear Buddy Pays Her A Visit After Years Apart And Falls Asleep In The Children’s Pool

Nothing is more energizing than observing wild creatures in their natural environment, enjoying the freedom and contentment that comes with having nothing to fear because their biggest “predator,” the human person, is far away.

However, we have infiltrated their domain so well that it is not unusual for families in some locations to see surprise visits that take their breath away.

Regina Keller was watering her flowers when a black bear entered her yard. Due to the extreme summer heat, the plantigrade was compelled to frantically seek a source of cooling.

And, as if it were a reversal of the classic fable “Goldilocks and the Three Bears,” the colossal beast found no better spot to take a little sleep than the tiny children’s pool.

The sequences were shot in Regina’s house in Fort Valley, near the George Washington National Forest, so she is accustomed to a great variety of animals, including deer, foxes, squirrels, and, of course, bears! Come to a halt in your garden.

But the most amusing aspect of this story is that the woman and the bear previously knew one other, as Regina revealed on her social network. She knew him as soon as she saw him; she hadn’t seen him in two years, and she was overjoyed, especially because this bear was the “biggest she had ever seen in her life.”

“We certainly require a larger pool!” Many people laughed as Regina wrote.

“He roamed around the garden, walked over to the pool, dipped his large paw into the water… and then he hopped on and lay down,” he explained.

The shocked woman couldn’t help but pull a chair near the entrance to view and reflect on the unforgettable image before her eyes.

The little animal began by removing a leg.

Then another.

He even appeared to be smiling at the camera.

Until he fell asleep.

“That was great to witness it and have my camera to document it,” Keller added.

Regina did not hesitate to share the crucial film with her friends, and it quickly went viral.

Following the video’s virality, the National Park Service reposted the incident with the caption:

“Seeing a bear is a rare delight for most Virginians since they are shy and quiet.”

There are around 900,000 black bears in the United States, with 6,000 of them recorded in Virginia alone.

Regina was thinking about the bear, which had been sleeping quietly for approximately an hour, when her grandsons arrived with their dogs.

The sounds upset the bear, and it left since she couldn’t warn them.
