This Dog Has Watched 941 Animals Get Adopted From A Shelter While She Waits For A Home

Sue was rescued and brought to the shelter on August 22, 2017, when she was just a puppy. The lovely puppy rapidly adjusted to all of the creature comforts of the Bath Cats and Dogs Home foster home.

Sue’s shelter volunteers expected her to find a permanent home soon, but everything appears to indicate that they were incorrect. Sue has now been in the United States for four years and is still looking for the ideal family.

Sue has spent the most of her life at the shelter, having come there when she was just a few weeks old.

Sue was given the option to be adopted in 2018, according to shelter members, but the family returned her. She’s always been described as a nice, sociable dog, and no one understands why she’s still looking for a home after all these years.

In a statement, the shelter’s director, Rachel Jones, said:

“We have no idea why Sue hasn’t been transferred. We absolutely adore her and enjoy taking her on long walks and lavishing care on her, but we’re anxious to find her a permanent home.”

The worst part is that since his arrival in the shelter, he has been able to observe how the shelter’s other 941 resident animals have been adopted.

No one gives up hope, and they hope that one day the right family will walk through the shelter’s door and decide to adopt her. So far, this hasn’t happened, and although having some behavioral challenges, Sue has handled the training process well.

Sue can also continue to modify her behavior and acclimate well to her new home with the proper family, according to everyone.

Rachel explained:

“Sue is a nice and clever little dog who may get a little enthusiastic at times, so parents who can continue her training would be ideal!” his toys!”.

He’s also quite gregarious and enjoys making new friends, but he should be the only pet in his possible new permanent home. Sue is intelligent and understands basic directions like sit and paw, but she has a lot more to learn.

Rachel continued, ”

“I’d prefer the new owner to be present the majority of the time.” She will require a quiet location to rest because she can become overwhelmed at home. We’d also like to see you have a safe garden.”

Sue is content in the shelter and has made many friends throughout her time there; the volunteers adore her.
