Emotional Reunion Of A Woman With Her Dog That Was Missing For 3 Months

Because our dogs grow to be an integral part of the family, whatever happens to them has a big impact on us, but most importantly because we adore them dearly. On October 8, 2020, Sol Salum, a woman from Baha Blanca, Argentina, returned home to discover her cherished dog, Congo, missing. This was the beginning of her tragedy.

Congo had apparently fled his house by taking advantage of three masons who had left the door open while they were working on a project.

Congo took advantage of a lapse in attention while the workers were repairing the front door and sprinted ahead without waiting for a response.

Sun spoke to Clarin:

They were unable to capture him because of how quickly he runs. The dog was gone when I arrived home.

Sol was upset by the news, even though he had initially assumed it would be simple, especially because Congo’s birthday was just a few days away. She started looking for her closest buddy and traveled across the city’s streets, posting Congo cartels on each block.

In order to make it easier for him to go home, he also posted pictures of his puppy on several social media platforms as part of the search strategy.

They soon started calling Sol from various numbers and providing some sort of information, but occasionally it wasn’t exactly what Sol needed.

Sun stated:

In essence, the picture was shared across Bahia. They phoned me from all around, some offering assistance and others cracking jokes.

Because Congo had a hanging plaque with all of her data, in case it was lost, the lady believed that everything was just a matter of time. She also had a QR code that, when scanned with a smartphone, displayed all of Sol’s information, including his impending return to his home.

Unfortunately, the time passed and Sol was unable to locate Congo; what was supposed to be a simple formality evolved into a tedious three-month search. Additionally, Sol learned of a stray dog on January 20 of this year, some 102 days after Congo vanished.

When the woman got up normally, she started sharing the picture of her missing dog and soon saw a picture of a dog that looked very similar. The information stated that he had been at this location for a week and that it was 10 kilometers distant.

Even though Sol was becoming a little weary of returning calls that produced poor results, she made the decision to visit the location to have a look. When she got there, she parked by the side of the road, crossed the street, and went to a foraging where she thought her pet was, but no one was there.
