Four-Year-Old Boy Goes To An Animal Shelter And Used His Allowance To Rescue Two Dogs

Jaxton Betschart, a four-year-old child, did something amazing by using his allowance to save the lives of two pets. The majority of kids will spend their allowance on candy or toys. Elyse Betschart was shocked, though, when her son Jaxton opted to use her assets to make a charitable donation.

She made the decision to pay the adoption fee for two pit bulls after bringing Jaxton to the Charleston Animal Society shelter. Jaxton selected Tank, a dark gray pit bull, as one of his two sponsors.

The youngster rushed to the front of his enclosure because he was so eager to meet Tank.

Jaxton explained to his mom:

“Breast! Like myself, he is large and stocky.

Jaxton initially intended to adopt Tank, but the family was unable to do so because of military housing breed limitations.

Jaxton’s attention was instantly drawn to Penelope, the second pit bull, due to her adorable head markings. Jaxton began calling Penelope “Spots” after that.

Elyse informed Jaxton that she could still assist the dogs in finding homes even if they wouldn’t be allowed to adopt the two pit bulls. Jaxton became Tank and Penelope’s Guardian Angel through a sponsorship scheme, covering their adoption costs.
